Simplibot AI LLC ("Simplibot", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in the United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

You can reach us about any privacy matter at connect@simplibot.ai.

We only collect information you deliberately give us. This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party tracking scripts.

When you submit our contact form or request a case study download, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, including the country code you select
• Any message you choose to write
• Which form you submitted, so we know what you were asking about

The assistant on this website answers questions using an AI model provided by Anthropic. When you use it, the messages you type are sent to Anthropic to generate each reply, and Anthropic processes them as our service provider under its commercial terms.

We do not save your chat. The conversation exists only in your open browser tab and is gone when you close or reload the page. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

If you request a demo through the assistant, the details you enter in its form are handled like any other contact form submission, as described below.

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and does not use browser storage to profile you. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than requested from a third party as you browse.

Our hosting provider may process standard server request data, such as IP address and user agent, for security and reliability purposes. We do not use that data to build a profile of you.

We use what you submit for a narrow set of purposes:

• To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started
• To send you the case study or material you requested
• To arrange and run a product demonstration you asked for
• To keep an internal record of business enquiries

Form submissions are transmitted from our website to a Google Sheets workbook via Google Apps Script, and are stored in our Google Workspace account. Google acts as a processor on our behalf and processes this data in accordance with its own terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a reasonable record of business correspondence. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it.

To exercise any of these rights, email connect@simplibot.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be charged, and asking will not affect how we deal with you.

This policy covers this website only. Where a customer deploys one of our products — such as Ontology or Humanize — the customer is the controller of the data processed by that deployment, and our handling of it is governed by the agreement we hold with that customer rather than by this policy.

Our website and products are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
